Blooming Beauty Policies Thank you for choosing Blooming Beauty! We truly appreciate your support and look forward to providing you with the best experience possible. To ensure a smooth experience for every client, please review the following policies before booking. Children Policy As a mom owned business, I completely understand that finding childcare isn't always easy. However, due to the nature of our services and for the safety of all guests, children are not permitted during appointments. If you arrive with a child, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee may apply. Late Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15 minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled to avoid delaying other clients. Cancellation fees may apply. Cancellation Policy A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Appointments canceled at the time of the appointment or with little to no notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service. No Show Policy A no show is defined as missing your appointment without any notice, call, or text. No show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Following a no show, a deposit will be required to book your next appointment. A second no show may require full payment at the time of booking or may result in dismissal as a client at Blooming Beauty. Card on File A valid card on file is required to book all appointments. If you prefer not to keep a card on file, all appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. Note: The card on file does not have to be the same payment method day of appointment. Brow Tattoo Deposits Deposits for permanent cosmetic services are nonrefundable. Deposits may be transferred one time to a future appointment if you provide at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your appointment, please text **(360) 524-3074** with your name, provider, and appointment details.
